Profile
Dr. Ken N. Meadows is an Educational Developer, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning & Faculty Programs with the Centre for Teaching and Learning, and an Adjunct Researcher Professor with the Centre for Research on Teaching and Learning in Higher Education in Western’s Faculty of Education. At the CTL, he coordinates scholarship of teaching and learning initiatives, supports librarians and staff in their research and program evaluation endeavours, coordinates and facilitates educational development programming such as the Assessment Series, the Instructional Skills Workshop, and the Great Teachers Seminar, and serves as Managing Editor for The Canadian Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. His research focuses on the impact of educational development programs, teaching cultures in post-secondary institutions, faculty members’ well-being in their teaching, and students’ academic well-being.
