Winter 2019 Course Feedback Period is Now Closed

Winter 2019 SQCT Reports will be available in May.

Your FeedbackFor the majority of courses, Student Questionnaires on Courses and Teaching (SQCTs) will be open for the Winter 2019 course feedback period from Wednesday, March 20 to Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Students will receive an email invitation when their questionnaires open and at least two reminder emails will be sent during these three weeks if they have not completed their questionnaires.

One of the most effective ways to support a high response rate is through instructor encouragement. Western has created a list of strategies and a variety of digital resources from which instructors can draw to encourage students to complete the SQCTs. Instructors can check their SQCT response rates at feedback.uwo.ca.

It is senate policy that there be dedicated class time (e.g., 15 – 20 minutes) for students to complete their questionnaires. For many departments, Departmental Coordinators organize the in-class administration of the questionnaire.
