Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant Training Program Instructor
The Centre for Teaching and Learning at Western University is seeking Teaching Assistant Training Program (TATP) Instructors.
The TATP instructor will be responsible for the delivery of assigned Centre for Teaching and Learning programming. Instructors will deliver a variety of sessions that focus on designing effective lectures, facilitating labs and classroom discussions, providing students with feedback, and grading best practices. Instructors will also mentor program participants during small group hands-on teaching sessions. Most instructors work approximately 60 hours per year but the number of hours will vary depending on participant enrollment in TATP sessions.
Eligibility Requirement:
Must be a graduate student at Western, and expect to retain graduate student status for the duration of this appointment.
