Supplementary SQCT Questions

Instructors have the option to add up to four supplementary questions from a question pool to their end-of-course Student Questionnaire on Courses and Teaching (SQCT).

Instructors who want to opt-in and select supplementary questions can do so from October 31, 2022 to November 20, 2022 at feedback.uwo.ca. Instructions on opting in and selecting supplementary questions for the end-of-course SQCTs are available at http://www.yourfeedback.uwo.ca/instructorsSQCTguide.cfm.

For most courses, students are able to complete their end-of-course SQCT, including any supplementary questions that their instructor selected, during the course feedback period (i.e., November 21 to December 9, 2022). Only the instructor will have access to the results of the supplementary SQCT questions.
